Kimmel Return Policy

Kimmel Athletic Supply prides itself in selling products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. As a reseller of many products, Kimmel must abide by the return policies of its many vendors. Our vendors have imposed much tighter restrictions on returning products over the past few years.

In order to return an item(s), please follow the procedure below.

• Call our Customer Service Department in Spokane toll free at 1-800-541-6803, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
• Ask for Eric Ota who is responsible for handling returns.
• Explain to Kellie why you were not satisfied and he will issue you a return authorization number (RMA #).
• Send the package back to us with the RMA # on the outside of the package to the following address:

Credit will not be issued nor will replacement product be shipped unless you have an RMA# on the outside of the package(s) you are returning.

Kimmel will make every effort to return product on our customer's behalf. All product returns will be at the sole discretion of Kimmel Athletic. Closeout merchandise sales are final with no returns allowed.
